Our Services

xomtyraxquazl provides event videography services including but not limited to wedding videography, corporate event documentation, and special occasion video production. Service details, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Final payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service package and will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally, deposits may be non-refundable. Refund eligibility for cancellations depends on timing and circumstances as outlined in your specific contract.

Intellectual Property Rights

All video content, footage, and deliverables created by xomtyraxquazl remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients typically receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement. We reserve the right to use footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information and timelines
• Ensuring adequate access and facilities for filming
• Obtaining necessary permissions and releases for participants
• Making timely payments according to agreed terms
• Communicating any changes or special requirements in advance

Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for:

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failures despite reasonable care)
• Missed footage due to client or participant actions that prevent filming
• Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential damages, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

To the extent permitted by law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
