Due to the custom nature of our event videography services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or revisions may be available.
Event videography services are customized, time-sensitive, and non-transferable. Once services are rendered and footage is captured, the work cannot be undone or returned in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any legitimate concerns.
Deposits paid to secure event dates are typically non-refundable as they reserve time that could otherwise be booked by other clients. However, if cancellation occurs with sufficient notice (typically 30+ days) and we are able to book another event for the same date, partial refunds may be considered.
If you need to cancel your booking:
In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, equipment failure, etc.), we will provide a full refund or work to arrange a suitable replacement videographer if acceptable to you.
We want you to be happy with your final video. Most service packages include revision rounds (typically 1-2 rounds) as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond those included may incur additional charges.
If you have concerns about video quality, editing, or deliverables that do not meet agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the concerns and work with you to address any legitimate issues through revisions or other appropriate solutions.
If you receive physical media (USB drives, DVDs, etc.) that is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will replace defective physical media at no additional cost.
Digital video files delivered via download or cloud storage are considered delivered once made available. Technical issues with delivery platforms will be resolved promptly, but digital files themselves are not eligible for "return" in the traditional sense.
If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage open communication. Please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work in good faith to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. Many issues can be resolved through communication and revisions.
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or find alternative solutions where possible.
